Once you've completed the setup wizard, ShoppingFeeder will fetch your product data from your online store and begin importing your products to the dashboard. Once this is complete, you'll receive an email notifying of the import success. Now that your store and products are setup in ShoppingFeeder, you need to subscribe to a channel where you want your products to be shown. This is a very simple process which we've outlined below:

Step 1: Log into ShoppingFeeder

Head to your ShoppingFeeder dashboard by entering your username and password on the login page.

Step 2: Manage your Feed

From the dashboard, click on Channel Management > Feed Management. Here you'll see a list of all the possible channels you can subscribe to. Under Subscribed Channels, you'll see that this store has already subscribed to Bing Product Ads.

Step 3: Select a channel

Simply search for the desired channel or scroll down the list and find it. Let's say for this example you'd like to subscribe to Google (United States). Let's find it from the list and then check the box adjacent.

Step 4: Modify channel settings

You need to select your settings for this channel.

Each XML Feed can be customized to only send specific products to that channel.  You can filter out products from your feed based on stock availability. If you do not want to drive traffic to products that are out of stock, only check In Stock.

Some feeds require that you notify them if your product is custom-made. By checking ✅ALL my products are custom-made, the channel knows that certain identifiers- like a bar code- will be missing.

If your Channel does not support feed compression, leave Do not compress this feed unchecked.

While ShoppingFeeder has built-in click tracking and analytics, UTM tracking allows you to attach a custom URL to your XML feed, allowing you to track a source, medium, and campaign name. With the source parameter, you can track where traffic originated from e.g. from Facebook or Google. Tracking the medium means you can track what type of traffic the visitor clicked on e.g. email or post. Finally, tracking a campaign name means you are able to differentiate between, for example, Facebook campaigns and email campaigns.

 Then click Save.

Now you've subscribed to your first channel! If you click Save and Continue to Google Ads Campaign Setup, ShoppingFeeder will redirect you to set up your Ad account and Merchant center within the app. Don't forget to Map Attributes and Map Categories before you create your first ad campaign.
